In the heart of historic Gdańsk, on the banks of the Motława River, we return to the roots of a place whose history and name, TARG RYBNY FISHMARKT, have always been intertwined with the sea, fishing and trade.

At Targ Rybny, respect for the ingredients is the beginning of every story on the plate. We bring together regional culinary traditions and contemporary cuisine, allowing fresh ingredients to speak for themselves.

Our menu is constant, but the sea never follows a fixed menu.

That is why, every day, we also offer a selection of fresh fish, depending on the catch, the season and current availability. Our daily selection is displayed on our boards and presented personally by our team at your table.

Depending on the species and availability, fish are served whole or in portions.
